A small number of adjusted prices will be available to ensure all clients are served and welcomed.
My prices are set to ensure clients are provided with quality care and attention. Once the reserved slots for financial adjustments are full, I recommend seeking quality low-cost mental health services within the area.
Insurance
I am not currently an in-network provider for any insurance panels at this time. However, a statement can be provided for billing upon request to submit for reimbursement for the client’s designated need, such as PPO, HSA, or other flexible benefits.
Please contact your health care provider to verify plans, compensation as it related to coverage and cost.
Payment
Payments are accepted in the form of a credit card and are automatically processed before or after each session through Simple Practice software.
*Full payment is required at the time of service and will be accepted before the session. The fees are listed above.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cost of the treatment as booked. If you have missed your appointment or were unable to call within 24 hours to cancel, and the cause was not due to illness or extenuating circumstances, the full cost of the session will be charged. I do this to ensure that I can help as many people as possible.

Emergencies
If you feel you are in a crisis and need to reach Annetta, call after-hours number, between 6 pm – 10 pm, 512-995-9995. Your phone call will be returned within an hour. Counseling fees will apply if the conversation exceeds 15 to 20 minutes in length. If you cannot wait for a return phone call, please use the 24-hour Austin Emergency Room Services of 512-651-5787, or call 911 for immediate mental health services.
Confidentiality
All communication or correspondence with Annetta is confidential and information will not be released without your written consent except in the following circumstances:
- Intent to hurt yourself or others is revealed
- Child abuse is suspected or reported. (Emotional, physical, sexual, neglect, and failure to meet the needs of a child.
- Communication with a referring physician is needed to ensure continuity of care
- Records are subpoenaed by a court of law
